Colleen is too good for Danny, you are correct. Pretty much everybody is too good for Danny.

Side question, Danny/Misty are together in comics and legit pure, but does anyone here know if the IF fanbase still expect Danny/Misty to happen? I don't spend any time in IF fandom, just mildly curious.

Yeah, everyone is wondering. Personally I'm hoping for Misty/Colleen, especially after their last scene in the Defenders, but I'll happily deal with Misty&Colleen.

Danny needs a nanny, not a girlfriend.

Can't speak for the OP, but she's an even less well developed character than Danny. At least his motivations and actions are self-consistent, even if they're ill-developed and a bit annoying, rather than being apparently written by flinging darts against a spinning wheel of plot developments.
