OTOH, apparently one of the reasons Justice League was bad is because the execs refused to push it back to allow more time for reshoots after Snyder left the project because if they pushed it back they would miss out on their bonuses. So, you know, it goes both ways. Sometimes movies genuinely need more time.

Also, while I don't know the situation with this movie specifically, IMO a delay on its own isn't that bad unless there's other creative turmoil or drama behind the scenes.
