It’s kind of like an updated “wanna come up for a cup of coffee/nightcap/to see my etchings”, both euphemistically and in ambiguity (I’d wager on an attempt at sex but wouldn’t discount literal meaning).

ayrt - ha! Hadn’t heard that one specifically, only a variant where someone compliments a homemade dinner and the response is how you also make a good breakfast/omelet/whatever.
