Usually some variation of "hang out [maybe add in 'at home'] and watch Netflix". It's just the specific phrase "Netflix and chill" with that exact wording that means sex.

I know it makes no sense, and I think it's dumb, but I didn't make it up (and I don't use it), it's just what everyone around me tends to say.
