Yeah, I don't consider it much of a Christmas movie but it seems like everyone else does! D:

I guess I mostly really don't like Christmas movies, and I think people who call Die Hard a Christmas movie are probably the same? I have no idea whether or not it is a good movie. But I'm not a fan of sappy or sentimental. Christmas horror amuses me. Muppet Christmas Carol has Muppets and songs. But mostly I stay away from movies that are thematically Christmas.
