Is that a perm? I thought perms were really tight curls. Granted, my only experience with perms is Legally Blonde. That just seems like messy, wavy (not that curly) hair.

There are different types of perms. Google the band Europe. Every single one of those men has permed hair.

My first thought was Robert Downey Jr. but my friends pointed out he looks exactly like young Rob Lowe

Watching season 2, I kept thinking how much he looked like Jared Leto (no offense to the actor who plays Billy).

When I scrolled down to this secret, I actually thought I was looking at a pic of a young Rob Lowe for half a second.

I think he looks more like Rob Lowe's little brother.
