Yes, but if a woman has a penis, the woman who is 100% about the vag is not going to know about that (under most circumstances) from the get-go, so it's incorrect to suggest that genitals rather than (perceived) gender are what determines whether the vast majority of someones can be attracted to someone else.

a woman can be attracted to a woman, find out she has a penis, and have the attraction shrivel (ha) up. it's the way it goes sometimes when you are 100% about vag.

Perceived gender is nothing more than you imagining what the genitals might look like. You're not magically attracted to a flat chest, just because a trans woman wore a push-up bra that fooled you into thinking there were breasts under there.
