My supers probably would fix it in a heartbeat (every single of one of them is always happy with my work and have constantly told me I'm a great employee), but this rule is from the way higher ups. They don't have the power to do anything, which is really frustrating. I'll talk to HR about it tomorrow though, thank you for the comments. <3

Oh, i get that it's a 'rarefied corporate bullshite' kind of thing, but WTH. I can't even imagine. Firing people and having to hire and train new people *doesn't even make financial sense*.
