Probably care work. I loved it most days and am so glad I got to experience it, but it can be such a stressful, soul-draining job and you see some things you can never, ever unsee. I had some experiences where I had that zoned-out, disconnected 'this can't actually be happening' feeling. But I got to meet some absolutely fabulous people and learned a lot.
