Haha! Sadly, the whole thing was written before the booming days of the 'net (it was summer 1993, after all) so the original was lost long long ago. But I do remember the story (mostly 'cause it was so damned weird!):

Some group poisons the popcorn at the local movie theatre. Nanny takes the Babies to the movies one day where they have popcorn. Turns out the poison is slowly turning them into dinosaurs. Kermit becomes a Dilophasaurus, Piggy a Tricertops, Scooter and Skeeter Velociraptors, Gonzo a T-Rex, and can't remember the rest. So the Jurassic Park team had to come by and fix the whole thing because it turns out the people Nedry was stealing embryos for were behind the whole thing.

In the end, the whole thing was kinda of Jurassic Park skience meets Muppets meets Brundle-fly body horror.

Seriously kid!brain, WTF?!

HAHA that is complete and utter win! Seriously! You deserve to get some kind of an award for even thinking of writing something that is that much awesome! =P
