Thats the Waco Kid (Jim) from Blazing Saddles! Excellent film. He's not a villain but he is a very cool, slightly jaded but overall good natured former gunfighter, who now just likes to drink, play chess and screw. He's fucking awesome. You should watch the film if you get the chance, and you can live with hearing the word nigger with a greater frequency than a Tarantino stubbing his toe.
