I agree so much. I mean, I'm not a huge Taylor Swift fan (she's okay?) but I don't really get why go to the lengths of making a giant meme out of someone's random twitter post.

Although learning about the women people brought up is also pretty interesting. I just wish it had been done a bit less... mean-spirited?

... that's not how memes work? Like... people don't put a huge amount of effort into making something go viral like that. A meme is the internet equivalent of a one-liner. Lots and lots of people are putting two seconds of thought into it, and they're doing so independently, not via committee.
