Do your best to stay really hydrated, and try to take good care of your asshole (rinse with water after you shit, buy some hemorrhoid cream or whatever, etc.) Avoid caffeine and really acidic foods. Screwing with the amount of fiber you're eating could make things worse, so be careful with that.
