It's possible, but the books seem to imply that she's not as infertile as Mirri Maz Dur thought - the "prophecy" listing all the impossible things that have to happen before Drogo returns to her, including her having a kid, includes a lot of stuff that can be interpreted as referring to events in the books. So it's possible that she'll end up being able to have a child, as well, to fit with those too. (Whether Drogo will actually come back, or what form he'll be in if he does, is a different question.)
