How to drive a manual transmission car. I know they are less popular now and thus you are less likely to have to encounter one by chance, but there's been several instances where I've had to drive other people's cars on the fly (designated driver, mine was in the shop, emergencies) where I would've been screwed if I couldn't drive stick.
