Disagree. For one, not everyone drinks alcohol and should have to handle it if it's against their principles. Also, you need a basic set of equipment and ingredients for even the most basic coktails, and nobody should be expected to have a lot of stuff they wouldn't use on a regular basis lying about just for the off chance that someone would want a cocktail.

Yeah, I don't mind if others drink, but personally I detest the taste and only use it for cooking. If you want a cocktail that badly? Bring your own stuff.
