Agreed. I find it far more annoying when people think not knowing basic adult household life skills like that is normal, or at least not weird, than I find it annoying that grown adults can't do things like that.

Cleaning the bathroom, vacuuming and sweeping, washing dishes (by hand and with a dishwasher), and basic tidying up were chores I had to do as a kid, and my parents taught me basic cooking skills and made sure I knew how to do laundry before I left for college. I'm just kind of dumbfounded that anyone can escape into adulthood without so many basic skills (I mean, sometimes there's an understandable story behind it, but when there isn't...)
