What in fandom interests me: Awesome technology, time travel, alternate dimensions, throwing characters into hapless crazy situations
What in fandom does NOT interest me: all drama and no action, most doctor or lawyer shows (except Scrubs), porn (however, I have a devious dirty mind), most but not all anime and manga

Miyazaki films are awesome. I'm open to new fandoms similar to things I already like, but if you're way into anime and stuff I probably won't know what the hell you're talking about. Japanese names confuse me.
