Hm, I feel like this has been done to one of my fics. But I enjoyed the "inspired" fic so much it didn't bother me. Much. So, slightly dickish because it's was done out of spite, but it would be really dickish of me to complain about it. I got something I enjoyed ouf of it, lots of other people got something they enjoyed out of it, it didn't stop me from writing my fic and I didn't change anything about it. Who cares, you write what you write and I write what I write. All good.
