Have you spoken with her about her lack of reliability? I would. If she's as wonderful as you say, well... chances are she wouldn't be this inconsiderate in the first place, but a firm reminder that she needs to be honest with herself AND you guys about whether or not she's free to RP might not go amiss. Don't let the resentment build and build until it poisons your relationship, OP.

just let her have the 'hiatuses' for personal reason....maybe, vacation?
