Working customer service and having to answer questions such as "where is my parcel? I ordered it two weeks ago" No you didn't, it was sent this monday. or "If I order it today, will it be here before Christmas?" No, it takes 6-10 working days. ((and you know this if you'd bothered to read our information on the damn homepage in the first place)).
