Supermarket Sweep. I love that show, and I work in retail now, so I get to see how crazy actual supermarket shoppers can be.

I understand that show was notorious for the grueling shooting schedule/making the kids refilm the physical stuff until they were too tired to think straight? Like they could barely walk let alone find and assemble a damn monkey in a dark multi-story obstacle course. That's why most of the time when the Aztec guard grabbed them they had a look on their face like, "Fuck it, just take me!"

They play it on GSN a fair amount and sometimes I don't get the references, but it's usually pretty funny and the host and panel always seem to have fun.

Loved Match Game from the 70's when they weren't allowed to say obscene things, but all the clues were dirty; it was fun because they had to be clever to get the jokes across. The new version is stupid because they're just saying it without charm or wit.
