Have you watched more than once? Why did you watch them again?

A lot of kid movies that my younger siblings or nieces/nephews love. Kung Pow is the one that comes to mind as the worst.

I've also watched Blade Runner three times because I was hoping I'd like it better as a I got older OR watched a different version. No go, still hate it.

I never liked Blade Runner either and I know so many people who love it. I think Dark City is a MUCH better movie.

THIS. The first time I watched it was at a friends who OMG YOU HAVEN'T EVER SEEN IT YOU WILL LOVE IT. And I... did not love it. Very much did NOT love it. Then, a year or two later, other group of people, "What? You didn't like it? UNPOSSIBLE - you like the actors in it! you like x, y, and z. You must have had a bad day - watch it again!" And... YEAH NO. Bah, and humbug.

Fantastic Four.

Because the first time, in the theater I thought "Surely, I must just be watching this incorrectly."

I do think it has good qualities like the running gag of people going "Wow......you could have killed everyone with how much you fucked this up." to Reed but as a whole it's just weird.

Which Fantastic Four? The first one isn't too bad.

I LOVE the 94 one, it's bizarre and I love it.

Which one are you talking about? The 2015 version, or the 2005 version? Asking because I have a soft spot for the '05 version and kind of want to defend its honor.

And I'm genuinely curious what you mean by "incorrectly". Was it a case of the script saying one thing and the visuals saying another, or was it something else?

Ah, you already clarified it's the most recent version. My curiosity still stands, though.

2015 - the 2005 one is okay.

& "Incorrectly" was more of a joke than anything, in a "...Is this really happening? They put this on the screen and released it to people? What am I WATCHING?" Kind of way.

That was still one of the most crowded theaters I've ever been in and we were all just shocked.

I'd rather watch BvS or Suicide Squad(and I actually hated SS) again than sit through that snore-fest.

I had to see it to believe it / there are two actors I absolutely ADORE in it so two for the price of one? Sure. I couldn't put myself through SS again.

Me, a guy behind me and a dude in front of me kept shouting out in disbelief throughout the entire thing. Normally I dislike disruptions like that but we were confused as shit and no one stopped us.

That's one of my fondest memories really.

I had some weird hope that it wouldn't be as bad as it looked? And I stubbornly stuck with that feeling against all sound logic. I legitimately wish I'd listened to my bf more and just not bothered with it because Jesus fuck I was so bored.

Like I'm pretty sure a guy a few seats down in front of me was actually asleep in the cinema.

SS tricks me into thinking it's fun during all the flashy effects and superpowers(and Waller being the best thing about it), it's just after where the hate sets in.

Star Wars.

Queen of the dammned.

My asshole of an ex-friend and roommate loved that movie to death and would watch it over and over, which is cool, enjoy what you want. But uh, the rest of us would like to maybe not watch it for the 15th time, just an idea.

I was in it for Aaliyah and Townsend.

The X-Men films. I'm hoping for a good Marvel Studios reboot.

The Hollow Crown's Henry V. it was a total mess. I watched it once to see what it was like, and again for a Shakespeare class, boggling all the way.

Napoleon Dynamite. I've seen it three times because I was with friends and got outvoted the second and third viewing.

A Christmas Story. Because my dad watches it every year, so I've seen it a few times when I haven't managed to flee the room. I hate that movie so much.
