This isn't even a competition - Breath of the Wild by leaps and bounds! Odyssey has great features/concepts, but nothing beats the gorgeous artwork of BotW, nor the story, nor the battle system/monsters, but especially that artwork. *__*

BotW. I grew up on both series and always preferred Mario but Odyssey gets very repetitive and a bit boring. I wandered off halfway through and still haven't picked it back up. I don't get a lot of gaming time and Odyssey just turned into too much of a grind for me. But BotW made me find all kinds of extra gaming time and never got boring even when I was literally doing the same few things over and over. It's an exciting world and the game paced goals perfectly.

BotW is the better game, but Odyssey has better personality.
