1) Do you think that all religious institutions promote bigotry, or is this something that varies?

2) Does the same logic hold for non-religious institutions?

Not necessarily all religious organizations promote bigotry, but certainly most of the major ones.

I'm ​a lot more critical of people who join organizations that have an explicit social agenda. Even if someone belongs for other reasons, by participating, they are supporting that agenda, whether they personally agree with it or not.
