So... they're stating that something made them uncomfortable. Do they need to justify the fact that they expressed a feeling or something?

I hate this "so fucking what" stuff, because you can really apply it to anything someone says that you don't like, if you feel like making them look stupid. Now if they can't add a "...so [something]" to their statement, well, I guess they shouldn't have said it.

Well, I'm glad you know why they REALLY feel the way they do!

And of course, they themself must be a manipulator who likes to play the victim, otherwise they'd never object to people rudely dismissing someone's expression of emotion.
