but I'm honestly not seeing how you could even have a cute and fluffy incest ship.

Then you have never read/watched Candy Boy. It's about super cute and loving female twins who deeply love each and actually canonically kiss (it's played off as a tease but it's so built up omg yasss). And the series is in no way fanservicey, there's another female who's head over heels in love with one of the twins and it's not played strictly for laughs, there's a lot of teasing from one twin to the other and the other is clearly in love with the teasing one. I mean Candy Boy has 'cute and fluffy incest' down to a T. =D

What's interesting too is that the twins have a younger sister and when they go home from college you can see the difference of love. Like they have definite sibling love for their little sis and then something deeper between themselves. Even the sister notices, and is jealous of it. It's a really good series for fluffy incest shipping fans. lol (aww I have an icon for it on my LJ but not here - *makes note to self to fix this*)
