Kind of related re:blocking, but I've tried blocking people on tumblr before, but all it does is just make the blocked person unable to see your blog? But what I really want is to not see the other person's blog or their posts show up in whatever tags I'm browsing. Is there a way to make that happen?

If you block someone on Tumblr, you won't see their posts in the tags either.

It makes you unable to see posts they make in tags/search but if someone you follow reblogs them you will still see it. For that reason I download tumblr savior and xkit to blacklist their screen name... which only works until they change it.
