Well, I don't know that I'd call them my favorites but I use ketchup, mayo and mustard a lot. Ditto stuff I use in cooking like soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, fish sauce, sambal, hoisin sauce, plum sauce... Other than that:

salsa (but not the jarred kind that just tastes like vinegary tomatoes)
toum
Tzatziki
tartar sauce
horseradish sauce

Mustard, mayo, hot sauce

Ketchup is only for fries and meatloaf

Favorites are probably ketchup, mayonnaise, and Sriracha. I only eat mustard on burgers, otherwise I find it too strong.

I hate any condiments that are vinegar based because vinegar is gross.

I love mustard, mayo and ketchup. Specifically French's ketchup because of where the Tomatoes are grown.

Where are they grown? And does it make a difference in the taste?

Southwestern Ontario. It makes a bit of a difference in the taste, but mainly because I know too many people who were affected when Heinz broke it's tomato growing contracts, closed it's factory and pulled out of the region. And Frenchs started buying it's tomatoes from here instead.

Tabasco/any kind of hot pepper sauce. On anything. My brother gave me a bottle of his homemade stuff for Christmas and it's amazing.

Sriracha, ketchup, yellow and Dijon mustard, Old Bay Seasoning (the absolute BOMB on fries), tartar sauce, soy sauce, tamarind sauce, salsa verde, hoisin sauce, Chinese sweet chili sauce, BBQ sauce

Yeeeees. For a guilty pleasure snack (okay, MEAL), I microwave a bowl of refried beans (feel free to go with the fat free version, I can't tell the difference personally) with finely chopped raw onion and shredded cheddar on top until the beans are warm and the cheddar's melted. Then I glop salsa on top and dollop sour cream everywhere and go to town on that sucker with a bowl of tortilla chips.
