I miss being able to download 8-tracks fanmixes. I miss fanmixes in general. Sure, there are still some. But not the way there used to be.

Sort of? You can DL playlists to your device/PC if you have premium.

No, with a "but".

You can't download things for your own use, but you can save them and play them whenever you want through Spotify, and if you have premium you can save them to your hard drive so you can do so without using data.

I miss being able to listen to 8 tracks at all (I'm not in North America and half of the Youtube links the music redirects to are blocked for my country).

I think I may have found something in fandom that I actually feel guilt/discomfort over: Using a religious song to describe one character's feelings for another in a fanmix. But it fits.

Huh. There's a ton of things I'd feel guilty about if I wrote them or drew them myself, but this particular one seems completely innocuous to me.
