Nah, everyone else just sings around him as he reacts confused by why everyone is seeing. And he is always JUST about to talk but gets interrupted.

That would be hilarious.

Seriously, I wonder if an ambitious play (or movie) script could manage to make Link not talk and make it artistic, but not jarring.
