Any really really stupid whitewashing, where the characters are conspicuously non-white in the original. Like the cast of The Last Airbender. Well, mostly Katara and Sokka, I was indifferent about the Aang kid, because non-Asian or not, he looked like Aang. The others were ridiculous.

On that line of thought, it doesn't work any better the other way around. For example, the casting of The Human Torch in the latest FF movie.

I don't care about race-changing unless the character's ethnic culture is important to the series, tbh. In the case of The Last Airbender, visuals inspired from various Asian/etc. cultures were used, so the characters should have matched.

To be fair, there was a whole lot wrong with that movie than Michael B. Jordan as the Human Torch.
