Well, but he was the president at the time. That's a pretty important office.

Put another way: what is the bar for relevance, in your opinion, if "literally being the president" doesn't pass it?

Well, I don't know. Does anyone here care that President Clinton used an intern half his age as a humidor, or that his lovely wife who very recently ran for president attempted to destroy the lives of her husband's accusers, and stays married to a rapist?

I'm not finding anything about Bush when he was actually president, but my search was admittedly cursory.
