(Anonymous) 2018-01-14 02:13 am (UTC)(link)I used to add some combo of frozen veggies, hot pepper, ginger, soy sauce, and a smushed clove of garlic to cheap ramen when I wasn’t up to cooking from scratch and/or couldn’t afford a bunch of fresh ingredients, and you could do that plus chicken strips. Also I still top bags of mixed salad greens with drained rinsed canned beans and bottled salad dressing if I need veggies and protein. Good luck.

Re: Talk me into doing the right thins F!S
Cook your cup noodles, drain them, and put noodles and broth separate. Cook the chicken and add any and all spices/seasoning you like, plus some of the noodle broth. Do it on the stove-top in a big sauce pan.
Cut the chicken up into bites. Turn your pan up fairly high, add a bit more of the noodle broth and then the noodles and kind of fry them, stirring a lot. Toss in the chicken and maybe some of the bag salad if it has cabbage in it.
Serve it up on more salad and if you have croutons or something, crush those on top for some crunch. Hope you like it!
