Thank you! So as safe as any other cheese then. Ok. Still, kinda curious to know how much is too much. I wonder what an unsafe level of cheese would be.

It says that the mold in the cheese can't produce the toxins that would harm us, so it would seem the answer would be 'no level is unsafe' unless, of course, you just eat so much you get sick from gluttony.
