I stopped watching SPN due to time but I did really like their dynamic. Are they getting a show? I hope it's set in MN. I'm always a little wary of spin-offs since they can be hamstrung by their connection to the mothership and TPTB not letting it be its own thing but I would give that a chance.

If SPN really going to end? I would catch up then.

It's centered around Sheriff Jody Mills, who lives in South Dakota, so it will probably be mostly there, and sometimes with Sheriff Donna, who is in MN.

We shall see!

It'll end some time, but there's not concrete date or even season set at this point, unless i've missed something huge.

I fucking love the show/books but seriously, how can so many people die in a town of a population of like... 1000 and people aren't packing up and running away??

Can't say that I have cared much about the new characters now that they've been introducing them. The sheriff is not enough to get me to watch the spinoff.

I doubt it won't get an audience. The whole reason it came into existence in the first place is that fans liked the idea and petitioned for YEARS to get it made. They got the actresses on board, bent the ear of the the Twitter active writers like Robert Berens, raised money for charities. A fair few Supernatural fans want this show.

It might suck, true but it all depends on who's involved and what they do with the concept.

Yeah because hundreds of Supernatural fans worked their ass off to make Wayward Sisters a reality for kicks. What are you 12? Not all Supernatural fans watch the show to stare at men. Most actually care about the characters and writing and some like the reoccurring characters better than Sam and Dean.

It's all just rumor and speculation after JarPad and I think some other people said they thought 300 episodes might be a nice milestone to stop at.

I know both Jared and Jensen have talked about wanting to quit eventually Supernatural to be with their family more.
