Cook Out, a chain generally located south of Maryland and east of Mississippi. Their milkshakes are the best; my favorite is the watermelon which is sadly only available in July and August. My local restaurants have BLT sandwiches for $1 and they use bacon they cook (not like the already cooked, shelf stable crap bacon McDonalds uses on their bacon egg and cheese biscuits). Their $5 meals have a main dish, two sides, and a drink and you can swap the drink for a milkshake for an extra $1. Their French fries kind of suck, but that is more of a personal thing because I prefer crunchy fries like when you get crunchy ones from Bojangles. Their hushpuppies and onion rings are amazing though.
