I don't think they look much alike.

They both have very short hair and their stances are very similar in those pictures. O'Donnell has light brown hair while Worthington has dark brown hair (not that that can't change for different roles). They both have blue eyes, but Worthington's are pretty dark and often don't really read as blue to me, while O'Donnell's light blue almost always does. Their noses, mouth shapes, and chins look pretty different to me. On the other hand, they do have very similar builds and hairline shapes with narrow-set eyes and sometimes if there are enough similar things, your mind can just go, "Yeah, that's who you think it is."
