Yeah, he does kind of suck at it.

And I'm not really a fan of his humor, so even when he had someone on I liked on his network show, I usually didn't watch. And it almost always made me cringe if I did.

But a lot of talk show hosts aren't really great at it, but their enthusiasm or the skill of the guest can sometimes cover that.
