It's a Sacha Baron Cohen movie

According to Wikipedia (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grimsby_(film)), it includes a scene with one brother forced to first suck the poison out of his brother's shoulder and then his testicles to save him and another with the brothers hiding inside an elephant's vagina where they become trapped inside after a male elephant begins having sexual intercourse with it, so yeah.
