Trust me, Californians cared enough. At least in my community.

But the country as a whole didn't. The world as a whole didn't even when it was taking place around the world. And they're still allowed to operate in these places for some reason, and Nestle is still sold in California which means it's still bought.

I think water issues are fundamentally really complicated and boring and hard to care about if you're not in a given area
