If you're genuinely trolling for the sake of stirring things up, then I think the way you do it is kind of the best way. It gets people talking, without dragging the conversation deeper and deeper into shitsville.

I mean, if you're one of those trolls who trolls really meanly and you try to hurt people's feelings, then you suck, pure and simple. I don't care why you're doing it. But if your trolling is just generally provocative without being vicious, then...it could be argued that every community could use a troll of that variety.
