Probably Constantine, but I'm partial to Matt Ryan so he makes it easy to not mind that he's a jerk. Not a fan of the comic artwork so I didn't get through too much, but he still seems pretty sassy and jerky in comic form too.

Vegeta is number one. I also like Spike. A newer jerk I like is Peter Hale. He was such an awesome asshole.

Fanon Sherlock? I guess fanon interpretations of characters probably don't count, but man, I love fanon!Sherlock. He's a jerk, but way less of a jerk than canon Sherlock.
