No, if ari is in a state with a Republican legislature and/or governor, then the state probably refused the Obamacare Medicaid expansion. Before Obamacare kicked in, the only way to get Medicaid coverage if you were a woman who wasn’t disabled was to have breast cancer, be pregnant, or have children under five. In many Republican-controlled states, that’s still the case, because fuck the poor.
