Because it makes me think of that time just after & around Christmas, and I guess I first heard it whilst daydreaming about the 13th Doctor/Jodie Whittaker while doing some drudgery at work.

Also Say Yey by, er... Spain... in a Eurovision comes on at work sometimes too, which was an amazing surprise, since I don't even live in Europe and have NEVER hear Eurovision music playing in shops in my country before.

Jambo Bwana always makes me smile, because it brings back good memories of living in Kenya.

Same with Africa by Toto.

Kaze Ni Naru by Tsuji Ayano always makes me feel a little bit more peaceful.

I probably shouldn't enjoy I'm Sorry by Margaret Cho as much as I do, but damned if I don't perk up whenever I hear it!

In 2010, I took a theater tech class and worked in the dressing rooms for my uni's productions of Learned Ladies and Grease. It was fun but exhausting, so every night during each show's run, I'd start my drive home by playing Bad Romance to help keep myself awake. Now it's sort of like a "comfort food" song for me.
