So - to be clear - what you're saying the reason that it's wrong is because people will mistake it for being real, which will then lead to various bad effects.

Here's what doesn't make sense to me about that: it seems like the only way that anyone would think simulated pornography is real is if they don't know about the existence of simulated pornography. So it seems like, the more widespread stuff like this becomes, the less this particular problem will exist.

That's like saying the more widespread pedophilia becomes the more normal it is. It's still fucking wrong and disgusting. How would you feel if I took your face and put it on porn than shared it with thousands of people without ever asking you?

Even if some people know it's fake, there are even more that will think it's real or still treat it as real. I've seen way too many misogynistic neckbeards propagating this stuff as a way to demean actresses they dislike. So fuck them and anyone that defends this shit.
