There's a youngish guy in my neighborhood with a long rasputin-like (except blondish) beard which perfectly compliments his rasputin-like greasy hair, and I am imagining you looking a lot like him.

I'm of two minds about beards. Some men look *makes chef fingers kiss* with beards, but I don't think I'd ever want to kiss/be intimate with a man with one.

A full beard is really soft. Stubble'll scratch ya.

"Trend"

Like I'm not attracted to beards but I would hardly call the entire concept a trend - maybe particular types of beards but not beards in general. Also who gives a fuck what other people do with their hair?

Eh, my bartender today was a dude in a fitted button down and skinny jeans, and a big long bushy red beard. I dig it, tbqh. He was nice, too, chatty and friendly without being all up in my business, so I'm probably biased.

Thousands of years of evolution are kind of a bitch to shake off.

Some guys genuinely look better with beards than they do without them. My boss is one of those guys. He looks great with a beard, but if he shaves it off, he looks like an awkward college kid despite being in his 30s.
