No, I meant 16 and under. It's 12 in Angola and some states in Mexico, 13 in Japan (along with a few other countries), 14 in Italy (along with quite a few other countries), 15 in France (along with quite a few other countries), and 16 in so many countries

It's not actually 13 in Japan. All prefectures have their own age of consent, and all of them are above 13. There's also additional federal laws in Japan prohibiting fornicating with minors.

It's not 14 in Italy, you can buy alchol at 16 but you can drive and do other stuff at 18. A 16 yo with a 40 yo wouldn't be fine here.

It's similar in Germany: The age of consent is officially 14 but there are several rules and laws that restrict it depending on the case.
