I'm not sure if I can go with his rubbish social skills because I don't think he had the benefit of childhood social interactions but there are a few things I can see why people think autism.

Teenage Snape is described as walking in a very twitchy way, I grew up with a lad who was autistic and he had this very odd way of moving his body when walking. Not proof or even good evidence at all, I know.

There's his obsession with the dark arts & Lily and his failure to recognise that this is what is going to end their friendship. Obviously, an obsession doesn't equal on the spectrum but given how poor his social skills are...

Anyway, there's stuff you can choose to interpret and I'm sure people who have given it more thought have more evidence but I kinda get it.
