140 I never really understand what people mean when they say something reads like fanfiction. DH certainly didn't have fanservice; the shipping pretty much sucked and the most emotional moment for Harry was when he was at his parents' grave … with Hermione. The epilog is just silly and controlling and full of baby names, so I can see that seeming like fanfiction, but the camping and the scavenger hunt for bits of Tommy's soul were too boring to be fanfic.

145 OMG you know they secretly hate each other. Well, actually, maybe not Michelle and Elizabeth; they might like each other. But I'd totally read your scenario! (I might also read Michelle/Elizabeth slash, mostly because it's the flip side of all that Obama/Edwards that was floating around a month or so ago, but also because I'm having a very femslash moment.)

150 K/A is the awesome sauce, trufax. Also Keith's show is addictive, though it can wear on you, too—I need to take breaks from it from time to time.

153 That is one of my favorite moments in TV history, mostly for Myers's reaction and Kanye's lack of one. I'd love to read that fic, too! What would you have done with it?

160 No. Racist is like, "I like all the white characters and think all the black characters are unappealing and possibly ugly and would never write fic about them" and saying that about every fandom you're in because you just "don't find black people attractive." Not liking one show that happens to feature mostly black characters isn't racist. What sucks is that there aren't lots of shows that feature black characters, because of the racism in the system, so that show has to carry a lot of weight—if it gets lower ratings it's blamed on no one wanting to watch black folks, rather than anything specific to the show itself.

161 A lot of them aren't funny, and also he has a very specific sense of humor that you might just not like. I think The Producers (the original) is one of the great comedy films of all time, but the rest of it is very much to personal taste.

140 - The last three books are awful and each one significantly more crap than the one that went before.

1. I love the Twilight Zone too, it's an incredible show. I argue with my b/f constantly that a lot of Fantasy/Sci-Fi and Horror themed movies and shows were only created because of the Twilight Zone.

110. IAWTS. I realized how crappy Tanemura as writer was when she made some bullshit happy ending for Full Moon and Gentleman's Alliance Cross became pretty boring that even the trap wasn't worth continuing reading for.

111. Why people think Kanda and Allen actually hate each other :/? They might not get along (although I have a feeling if Kanda was a bit less callous, Allen wouldn't have problem getting along with him), but they don't actually hate each other. If Kanda truly hated Allen, he wouldn't bother helping him in Matel when he usually leave his companions behind if they become a burden and ignore him. And Kanda was the first person Allen didn't use this polite gentleman's mask on like he did for the others until very recently.

112. Rule 63 makes every series automatic awesome. Seriously, dude.

114. Different stroke for different folks. And I'm no Kakashi/Iruka fan at all. I can kinda see from the personality compatibility respective and that their involvement with Naruto and that rare conversation about them is prolly the basis of the ship anyway,

116. Even if she wasn't there, Aerith made it pretty clear that she didn't see Cloud that way and only was interested in him because he reminded her of Zack. So there was other things than Tifa that sunk that ship.

Meh, there are much less likely pairings in Naruto Fandom. I know damned well that Kaka/Iru is non canon, but I still ship it to an extent.

But then I tend to be an omnishipper and I read many different pairings. There is more of the good (and very bad) stuff to read that way. ^_^

140: Yeah. This book came out a year ago. The wank started as soon as people finished reading. So... no. But hey! It's only is story, and nobody actually died, and the people who survived it may consider themselves better people as a result.

As for me, this book hadn't raped my brain in seven months. All was well.

134: ....you do know that Billie Piper was married to a man sixteen years older than herself, right? And that he's both ginger AND ugly? =/

That and that David Tennant's been fucking that other actress who's two years younger than Piper, so meh. >,>

Oh, that goes without saying - there's such a transformation between VODT and the Silver Chair, it's hardly like he's the same person. They are so cute together though. Aw, now I want them to make those books into films as well.

Yeah, Ben wasn't that great. He was better than what I'd expected at first, but he wasn't quite right. A little too... weak? But then, Caspian's character is kind of like that in the books too. He's nothing in comparison to Peter XD
